For instance, adjustable stem and suspension seatpost encourage a proper posture, and down below, the Shimano Nexus single speed drive 8-speed hub takes away any possibility of derailleur damage and keeps the drivetrain as simple as possible. Available in traditional frame style and full step-thru to accommodate riders of all abilities.
